I have provided strategic advice for many of the leading pharmaceutical products, medical devices and vaccines in a diverse range of therapeutic areas (e.g., oncology, immunology, CNS, cardiology etc.) and delivered hundreds of global HEOR and strategic market access projects, training and workshops. This work has also resulted in the authorship of more than 50 manuscripts, poster and podium presentations. In the last three years I have focused on assessing market access readiness of new products in oncology, orphan indications and immunology for key markets in EU, USA AsiaPac and how to integrate the patient’s voice, real world evidence and value- based pricing into market access plan.
I have first-hand experience of developing and running an organisation, but what distinguishes me from other leaders is that I am able to turn strategic plans into action. I am very results-driven and team oriented and employ these to set and even surpass ambitious targets, but always take personnel plans into account. In addition, I have experience as a product owner in the development of software applications for (bio)pharma which addresses current and future needs in developing agile strategies for integrated evidence planning, resourcing and portfolio management for (early) assets. I have also led many change initiatives in pharma and consultancy organisations, and most recently supported a consultancy to achieve their business growth ambitions.
